Peptide reconstitution calculator
Convert vial strength and reconstitution volume into a clear concentration, draw volume, and U-100 syringe unit readout. The calculator runs in your browser and does not require an account.
Formula shown
For mg and mcg, the calculator converts mass units first. For IU, vial amount and dose both stay in IU. Concentration equals vial amount divided by BAC water mL. U-100 units equals draw volume in mL times 100.
Peptide reconstitution calculator
Enter the numbers from your vial label and reconstitution notes to see the concentration, draw volume, and U-100 syringe units.
For IU products, use IU for both vial and dose. For mg or mcg products, the calculator converts mass units before showing draw volume.
Enter positive numbers to see results.
The calculator only uses the values you enter. It does not choose a dose or verify a prescription.
Not medical advice. This page only visualizes math from numbers you enter. Follow your prescribed protocol and consult a licensed clinician.

Calculator FAQ
How do you calculate peptide reconstitution draw volume?
The calculator converts compatible units first, then divides the total vial amount by the BAC water added to get concentration per mL. Draw volume equals dose amount divided by concentration.
What are U-100 syringe units?
On a U-100 insulin syringe, 100 units equals 1.00 mL. A calculated draw volume of 0.20 mL equals 20 U-100 units.
Does this calculator tell me what dose to take?
No. It only shows math from the vial amount, water amount, and dose amount you enter. It does not provide medical advice or choose dosing.
Why does PeptideTrack show mL to two decimals?
PeptideTrack keeps draw volume formatting consistent so the number is easy to compare across calculator results, protocol setup, and dose logging.
